My son (and dadchs24's) has size 15 feet. For those of you with 12 year olds in size 11...start subscribing to Eastbay now if you don't already. Because that's just about the only place you're going to be able to buy shoes for him.

As for genetics and such...Dad's family are fairly short. My dad and brother are 6'1"...though my grandfather was only 5'7" or so. Our older son is just under 6 feet. If sleeping has anything to do with growth...our youngest is going to be 10 feet tall...LOL
