Found a website with some information on this topic (see below) and some ways to calculate, here is the way they suggest:

The projected ultimate height for a boy equals the father's height plus the mother's height plus 13 then divide by 2.

Using that theory I come up with

Dad's height 5'9.5" (69.5 inches)
Mom's height 5'4.5" (64.5)

add together 134 plus 13 equals 147 divide by 2 equals: 6'1".

Right now he is 15 and 5'9" and a size 11.5 shoe. Just hope he is "healthy" at whatever height he ends up.
