14 is fine... The camp is a very high school oriented camp. If he is 14 he is probably in 8th or 9th grade. If he is in 8th sign him up as a freshman. I have gone a couple of times. My first wass when I was in 6th grade. The younger group is a joke. So when I went the next year in 7th grade, I went with the freshman.
