Most schools (including mine) open up the gym at about 6:30 (school starts at 8:10) so I can go to throw before classes and then go to football practice in the afternoon. Just like ughjoey21, I don't go crazy, I just do enough to be prepared going into the winter season, when I do go full throtle, making me perfectly prepared for baseball season.
