Indeed that is what I've been hearing too. My son has been catching for a guy, several sessions in front of scouts, who is a lefty, mid 90's, very good breaking stuff, and who has been in MLB for 60 or so appearances over two or three seasons. Hasn't had an invite to spring training as of yet.

Seems like there can't be a surplus of that profile of a pitcher all over the place?
