DANG IT! It would a dead ball strike IF IT WAS A STRIKE to begin with.

High school rules --- If strike 3, less than 2 outs, run scores and all runners would advance one base. If strike 3, and that strike 3 would be the 3rd out of the inning, no one scores.

HS rules are too confusing.
