bialy14...what is your motivation for doing this? You seem to have lots of questions that appear to be very generic for someone who has coached at this level before. With your level of inexperience, I would agree you should start with one team, then build for the future.

Before I want to offer some advice, I'd like to know if I am talking to a disgruntled parent of a kid who has been cut the last couple of years from the local travel club, or if you live in an area where a great need for a travel baseball organization exists, but none are currently available.

Please advise.
