Stolen Base or Wild Pitch?

Runner on first. Pitcher throws a ball in the dirt, catcher blocks it cleanly, recovers as the runner heads towards second base. Catcher makes a strong throw and the runner barely beats the throw. Is the runner awarded a stolen base or is this considered a wild pitch?
