I am 100% sure the tournament directors randomly picked teams and like it or not that is the way this happened. No slight of hand or "cherry pickin'" going on. Here's something else to consider, OK, the best team at this time of the season gets to advance and go to the MMWS; let us not forget that the AABC has other ways of getting to the MMWS. The other 2 teams will get another shot by going the state and regional tournament route at the end of the season. Look at it this way, FINALLY the DFW area will have a chance to send 2 big time teams to the MMWS. The AABC knew what they were doing when they did this. This will only help in the long run and the best teams will be represented. Ulike other tournaments where you can pay an entry fee and say you made it to the "World Series". Just my 2 cents worth from a 38 year veteran of the AABC who will be there to watch what happens this weekend.
