I looked where I had gotten mine from, and I can't find what I had. They were specifically for catchers and I had two of them. Sometimes I'd wear one on either wrist/forearm and other times I'd just wear one on the left arm. I didn't like it on the right wrist too much because it would slide down and mess with my hand...
