Bama - You could leave the hamhocks off and I'm there. I actually lived the "city" of Jasper, AL for three years as a child and have lots of family there still. East TN landscape kind of reminds me of Bama - Pine trees and red soil. My son thinks he might want to play baseball for Auburn one day - my whole family cheers for the Tide - don't know how that would go over. This makes me feel like coming for a visit! Take care.
