BTW it is pretty sad for the state of Baseball that they make such an Hype around a failed Football Player. I can't see there being a craze about let's say Chris coghlan or another role Player announcing he plans to Play NFL.
It's only hype if you let it bother you. It's a side show. I'm not sure he is a failed football player, won a national championship, won NFL playoff game. And I enjoy his SEC analysis.
I got what he meant and it bothers me a lot that he is letting them profit from him without doing anything of significance.
I thought he was better than that.

I just don't get the "bother" part, but to each his own. I'm also mystified why any adult would want to wear a jersey with another man's name on it. Of course, my Dan Marino jersey excepted.
