One thing that i do everyday is hit off the tee. It helps me out a whole lot. Work on your top and bottom hand drills. Along with that work on hitting inside pitches, outside, and down the middle in all different locations. & you will see a result in your swign it will feel alot smoother. I attented a texas ragners camp with our high school and michael young was a guest speaker he said he hits maybe 65-80 balls a day no more than that. You will tend to get tired and start developing bad habits.
