He's 10. Get him some good instruction and then plenty of repetitions. Make sure he is using proper form and then do it over and over again. Grip, footwork, arm action, etc.

To compensate for a weaker arm, make sure his footwork is correct. In time, his weaker arm will get stronger and, couple that with good footwork, it will look even stronger.

For hitting...get a good instructor or a coach. Again, repetitions done properly will make him a better hitter.

Keep in mind...this will not be fixed over night or in a few weeks. You will see small progress but don't expect him to be A-Rod by the start of the season.
