It may be true, but it sounds a bit self-serving and self-congratulatory, as if to say "we are so good at our jobs that we never miss". I'm just not sure the data back this up, and there wouldn't be such a battle to play D1 and P5 baseball if you would truly be found no matter where you played.

I hear this often too. I'd like to see supporting data because I do think there are individuals who are missed.
