So don’t give a fair shot? We all play in summer and fall in a club ball atmosphere where players are on the team on year, leave the next, then back again. No sane Coach is gonna have a guy sit the bench if he can contribute. If you are trying to teach the kid a loyalty lesson, I don’t think it fits any more.
