Why hasn't your son accepted this offer? He's a 2019....it's LATE.

Gotta agree with this.....UNLESS you have had some "fairly serious discussions" with another school that he REALLY likes. At this point, if his top 5 schools aren't in serious talks with him, it's likely that they aren't going to happen. I would second the above...if it's a good school, your son likes it and he likes the PC, I guess I don't understand what he's waiting on
