Well, you could see just how badly the transfer portal hit schools in this years bowl games. Lots of transfers sitting out. (except maybe in yesterday's games). My guess it won't be long before something changes - bowl games didn't mean squat and were not fun to watch. I also wonder if this is teaching kids bad habits, its easier to just transfer versus earning a spot. I'm not saying the portal is bad, I am sure it has helped a lot of kids (joe burrow for one).
