My dad was an avid photographer, and documented many of his experiences in WWII. He was 82nd Airborne, so the old photo album tells quite a story. Anyways, - not a picture of him, but a photo he took of the fellas playing a baseball game in Vittel, northeastern France. Post Normandy, and most likely prior to Operation Market Garden.
