I don't think it is wise to pick and choose among sample programs. I think you should try to find a pitching coach and trainer nearby -- maybe someone who works with college players-- and get a customized program. It will be at least 100 -200 dollars, but worth it to avoid injury. Be sure the person specializes in pitchers!
