We've seen this before. To pile on with everyone else, it sounds like ulnar nerve compression / ulnar neuritis. Two simple tests that should be performed to analyze it are the milking maneuver and the moving valgus stress test. Any good PT/Ortho will know how to do them and interpret the results.
