Good luck to the Yankees. I don't know them but expect they are a fine team to play the schedule they did.

I'm not sure I'd describe that schedule "amazing" as PD did. I'd describe it as one that would likely wear out some fine young pitching arms. Maybe the team shouldn't have played that schedule knowing they were heading to the Elite 24, ya think?

I also know that the competition at the Elite 24 trumps a Triple Crown WS any day.

I'm guessing the win over the Yankees probably didn't lead to the demise of the OK Elite. I bet they had more pitching than that ace. The competition's just tough there.
