I was looking for a more abstract answer, nothing specific to this situation.

Although, I find it difficult that a kid could be going to private school and their parent loses a job, so the kid has to leave the school and enroll in public school. Then the parent finds work and puts the kid back into private school, only to find out that they are ineligible to play.

Can this be avoided by getting the waivers signed?
