so, back to the original topic - 1 free visit per pitcher per inning in OBR, but 3 cumulative conferences in NFHS. Can someone give me the background on the NFHS version and explain why it was modified? I understand the rule but have yet to see a rational explanation of the intent. Help me out here....please.
