I have been a reader of the HSBW site for a year or so but have never posted anything. Recently I logged on and read some of the recent posts and I don't really care about most of the conversation but I am interested in the below rule. Is this a new rule or old one that is no longer? The most recent rules that I can find on USSSA.org are those for 2009 that were edited in August 2008 and section 3 only goes up to 3.24 not 3.9. I am curious because it could potentially affect my son and our team.
