I don't know what is normally like but I am seeing a lot of 2021's still committing now or in the past month to lower D1s and D2s. Most of the mid-level D1s came in a little earlier; the last one I saw was August 5th to a CAA school. Not sure if that helps.

My friend's 2021 son committed D1 as an RHP to a mid-level D1 about 5 weeks ago (just saw an 2021 OF commit to this same school last week but I don't know him) and a very good 2021 C we know just committed to D1 Patriot school early last week. I watch all the tweets from my son's old travel team and for sure a lot of lower end D1's are filling up their rosters in the past two weeks but from his old team, it's still predominantly pitchers.
