This is a public school and violated its rules. Usually it takes more than 100k to buy a spot in a class - and there are always spots reserved for "development" kids. These "athlete" kids actually took a spot from a real athlete.

If everyone knows (and knew), bring it above board and simply reserve some spots and auction those spots off on e-bay.
