My mistake was to brag about his speed. I should not have done that.

"Advice on how much we should throw, should not throw, how many innings should we pitch total in a season, number of pitcher per game, recovery aids, performance supplements,work-outs specifically for pitchers? should we ice after every game practice etc..."
