Amen to all of the above. I played football there in the mid-1970's and still get goosebumps when I walk across campus. It is a stunningly spirit-filled campus where the comfort level for students is extremely high. Students and alumni are rabid supporters of the sports programs-ESPN to this day acknowledges that Tech wrote the script for how to show up and support your school on Gameday (ESPN football show), and it's one of their favorite places to visit.

It's simply a special and wonderful place.

And it always beats UVA in football.
