What does it mean "Named to All Tournament Team"?-PG

I have googled, I have looked at old posts here, and I still can't tell what it means when you look up a kids PG profile and it has a red banner under it that says "Named to all tournament team".

Does anyone know the criteria used to choose these kids? It seems like in some tourneys nearly 50% of the participants in the tourney were chosen for the "Named to all Tournament team" distinction.

Anyone know anything about this?
