jemaz hit the nail on the head in my opinion. At this age (13) I don't care if my son plays on a lousy team. Obviously I'd like him to be on the best team he can be on but it's more important to me that he plays on a team that has quality coaches and players that appreciate, respect, and enjoy the game.
