YES. My son's Connexion lost it's pop last year and they replaced it. Not sure if it's because it was out of round or had a hairline crack but they replaced. Unfortunately for you, your son's Z-Core is out of warranty. Have him keep it for practice and get a new one for games. How did he manage to use the same bat for "a few years"???
