What to do with young player?

Looking for sage advice...
Situation: I have a young player- '15 grad who is getting some looks. He has taken a few college visits too. By young he is already up a grade level by age due to academics. he could even be classified a Frosh by Ohsaa deadline. A few next level coaches have expressed some interest-mainly due to projectability, but one has even suggested JUCO since he'll be only 17 starting college.
Problem: He is already a PSEO student who in 2015 will grad with HS diploma and a 2 yr. Associates Degree.

I'm unsure of years of eligibility. One "Bearcat" didn't even know what to say to this except refer him to their Admissions and get on Academic Scholarship apps.

Ideas or help?
