Reply to "What's the strangest plays in same game you have seen/called?"

Those aren't really that uncommon. Batter interference is the most common, and IMO, it's not called enough. I see catcher's interference a couple three times a season, and a runner out for being hit by a batted ball about as often.

I had a 16U game once where one team tried to pull a fast one. Late in the game, down a run, they got the first two hitters on base. R2 was a chubby kid and R1 was a roadrunner. The coach called time to talk to his runners, and when they broke up, the runners swapped positions (they were snickering).

After my partner put the ball in play, I got R1 for passing, R2 for running the bases in reverse order and dumped all three. And they lost.
