My son has a similar situation to the OP in that his original 'dream' school has been indifferent to date (they know him, they like him but aren't ready to move on him). He's weighing that against his 1A choice, who appear to love him and have offered. It's fascinating to watch the mantra of 'go where you're loved' play out in real life.
