Agree with TR, at least 100%.

They (the clubs) are not going to release someone to whom they've paid millions of dollars.

Management has no "cojones".

Since the coaches and managers are likely making less than $100,000 per year, they are fodder and "gone", while the millionaires act like 2 year olds with a tantrum.
