I'll also say that as a parent and youth coach...I am always reading, listening, going to clinics, watching other parents, watching other coaches for all the reasons you stated...to get better at my job as a parent. You can learn a lot from the experiences of others and by watching others who are successful...you just happened to learn that lesson about 15 years younger than me. Stay with it and you're gonna have a lot of fun with all of this.
