I seriously respect your opinion, (and somewhat agree in general terms) but I don't think they post on twitter or the other social media with the intent of pleasing or impressing adults. Its more about their peers, and the kids really don't see it the same as we do most of the time.
They see their football friends do it and get lots of retweets, so why should baseball players be any different? To them, its no different.

I agree with all that, but it used to be when kids did stupid sh*t they would be corrected by adults. And it wasn't always a parent. Now too many adults want to look the other way and write if off as kids being kids. None of that is okay with me.
