William and Mary/James Madison/Delaware

Does anyone have any insights into the culture of the baseball programs at William and Mary, Delaware or James Madison?

By culture I am referring to how coaches treat players, coaches treat coaches and players treat players.

Also how the school develops kids on and off the field and the administrations commitment to the program (facilities, etc.)

Any bits of information would be very much appreciated!
