Okay...I can only read what is here, and it doesn't look like the entire rule was posted. I ordered a rule book today. Can you answer my question?

If not Pither B, then which pitcher gets the win? Pitcher A didn't go 4 innings. Another parent told me that in this scenario whoever pitches in the 4th inning gets the win. Thanks!
