I haven't used this one but I have used game sense and had some kids use it and I think it can help pitch recognition some. I have heard an interview with a specialist on that topic who works with mlb teams though who believes that virtual reality or video even if done well cannot match seeing real pitches due to some physical issues and that is probably true too but I do think that seeing those pitches is better than doing nothing and can keep the rust off at least to some degree in the off season or during longer injury breaks.
