I would attend the 17U BCS versus the 16U WWBA and I agree with your assessment that the 17U BCS will be more heavily scouted. The BCS we attended in 2008 and 2009 with two different sons was well scouted. I saw FSU and NC State as well as numerous other programs. The event will not disappoint.
