Those grades in HS are going to give coaches reason for concern as playing ball and making grades at college are both a lot harder than HS. There are lots of kids with his athletic measurables who the coaches won't have to worry about in the classroom.

Go to the Juco and make the grades there and he may have a better chance after proving he can handle the academics and baseball at the next level.
