Scored a game yesterday where the opposing pitcher was pretty darn quick. After the game one of our parents said several scouts had him at 96. I honestly don’t know, but I’ve watched one heck of a lot of HS games and I’ve never seen anyone at 96 on any gun yet(not that it hasn't happened).
