LHP Needs Help!
Hi everybody, I am a 17 year old senior in high school. I am about 5"10" & 150lbs. I am looking to increase the velocity on my pitches. I throw anywhere between 75-80mph. I have constant movement, even on my four-seamer which sinks/tails. I've been told that I have a heavy fastball and I can throw on the line from up to 300ft. I'm confused and would like some advice on why I don't throw harder? Could it be my mechanics? Size? What can I do overall to help me progress?
