It’s true (about mental toughness) at the AA and AAA level. At the A level a lot of players are only there so the legitimate prospects have teammates. Once a player gets to AA he’s a prospect if he wasn’t considered a top prospect from the beginning.

Great post! I would say it could be any of the 3 or any combination of the 3, but most likely a combination of all 3.
