What’s the best cup brand and size???!
Hey guys, new here! I just got interested playing baseball in high school, there’s a checklist of stuff I need to buy and was wondering if any high school players had any tips on what brand cup you wear and the size, I tried to do it by waist size but the cup I got seems to rlly squish everything. I’m 6’4 and 200lbs if that helps, ty!

Best cup by far is red solo. The bigger the better.

2022/2023 D2 roster sizes
Where can I find information on allowed roster sizes for the 22/23 season? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that D2 never had roster limits at all. Some schools have 50+ players. So I don't know why that would be different now. https://community.hsbaseballwe...topic/d2-roster-size

Not all D2s carry big rosters. You have to really do your homework.
