What showcase is it?
Its put on by Connecticut Baseball Academy

My son attended this Showcase last year which happened to be the first....we thoroughly enjoyed the experience....well run...very organized...mostly local colleges in attendance...son was offered 17,000.00 to a local school right there...we stayed at the Day's Inn ...great restaraunt across the street from motel called the Parthenon...would not hurt to attend if you are interested in going to school in the Northeast....call Ct Baseball Academy and inquire which colleges wil be in attendance...most of all have FUN

First of all for a Winter Showcase you had better be in baseball shape
Secondly there is the Division I Black out period-- it really does not impact the NE because of the number of Division II and III programs we have in our region
As for the guys running it-- they know the ropes and do a great job-- you cannot lose by being there as long as you are in baseball shape and that is not the responsibility of the people running the event--IT IS THE PLAYERS!!!

Thanks catchermom and TRhit from the letter i received its Day1 instruction Day2 evaluation. I will be in Hockey shape, Been throwing and hitting on the side. Have to let them know by Dec 5,2003
