If you were putting on a top tournament, wouldn't you promote it to the fullest?

I appreciate all the feedback. I will take the licking on this one. Still working on it though.

baseball8, yes if I was putting on a "top" tournment I would promote it. I guess I think somethings here are over hyped by some. The top part could also be questioned.

More hype , more info, more follow ups, more everything is only better for baseball. Wasnt it colder last year?

Anyone bad-mouthing the Flyer Classic is foolish. The Classic is always 1st class. John Sarna does more for HS baseball and kids in this area than most of you know!!

Thursday, April 19th, 2007 -The 7th Annual Schaumburg Flyers High School Baseball Classic presented by Easton has been rescheduled to take place at Alexian Field in Schaumburg, Illinois. Below is the current schedule of the first round make up games at Alexian Field.
4/26 Schaumburg vs. Grayslake Central at 4:30 PM
HDJ vs. Mount Carmel at 7:00 PM

4/30 Lake Zurich vs. Clemente at 5:00 PM

5/10 St. Charles North vs. St. Rita at 5:30 PM

Please excuse the hype, but we are off for today.

Well Arthur you guys tried. Mother Nature doesn't like HS Baseball so far this spring.

With 83 degrees predicted on Monday, and a lush infield from a beautiful blanket of winter snow *cough*, I am looking forward to sun swept Alexian Field for Mondays Clemente vs. Lake Zurich tilt.

thursday looks like the best game this year. could be a preview of two downstate teams.

as "hyped", great game at alexian tonight!!!!!!! if you were there you witnessed one of the greatest throws ever made by rita's second baseman in the 9th inning. borderline amazing. great event jarthur, first class!

Fun game! Tony Zych is a solid player.

bottom of the ninth, jake thorton is at first, sean estand on the mound, estand does a great balk move to pick off a stealing jake thorton. ball is thrown into the 1st base bullpen at alexain field. thornton who can run tries to take third on the play problem is that zych put himself in terrific throwing position and unloaded a missle all the way to third to just get thorton at third. if the throw was not perfect thorton has the bag easily. if you were there you understand how amazing it was, my words are not doing the justice. just one of those great games you see once in a while.

LOL! Spinner, How many times were you dropped on your head as a youngster? You and only you would look at a smiley icon and pick out the shark circling. I'm surprised you didn't compare yourself to the lone palm tree standing tall and by itself on the island. Just my guess, but I think the icon was trying to say you are the smiley face by yourself on an island.

I don't know what you are trying to prove by the things you post on here whether they come from your screen names spinner, slurve, Ibach or whatever name you have your kid give you. To be truthful, if you have to keep coming on here under new screen names you have bigger issues to deal with than this web site.
PLEASE, PLEASE, for the sake of your kids and your your own sake get some professional help. Maybe I am the only one here who thinks this, but you need some serious psychiatric help. I have never thought of having more than one screen name for any web site I may post on. As a matter of fact I have a couple web sites I post on and all under the screen name I use here.

You also to make it very easy for the sharks to start circling. I would liken it to shooting fish in a barrel.
