Not disputing, but 290 seems like a high number for CT.  PBR lists 117 from the HS class of 2018, and much fewer on PG (~50).  That means less than half the college bound players have gone through a PBR or PG to get recruited.

Of the 117 on PBR, 48 are listed as going to D1, so the vast majority of D1 use a recruiting service like PBR (although PBR will often create a profile when they know of a commitment)
